First off, I live in India. Be warned.
Still reading? Then here’s my list of craved things.
- Yarrrrrrrn (How about like, a lifetime supply of this? Among other things, of course! ETA Give me laceweight!!!
- Thread (as in crochet, not embroidery or sewing). You know, like a cone enough for a tablecloth or bedspread. No ends to weave in!
- Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha (how do you stop saying it?)
- Stephanie Pearl McPhee/Elizabeth Zimmermann books The Aunt Dimity books
- Knit/crochet magazines.
- Yarn swift (make that a large ship you’re hiring)
- Finer gauge circulars (the smallest sizes) in longer lengths. I’d love to try the Addi and Knitpicks ones. My Denise only goes down to US#5, making it too thick for socks and stuff. Bought some for myself.
(Aside: Don’t I have any wishes not related to crochet/knitting?)
- Cosy mysteries
- A kitten or two
- Mac compatible genealogy software
- The chance to cuddle a tiger cub
- Mac compatible games (mostly involving match-three and other puzzles)
- More trips to Europe
- Oh, and world peace.
Most important:
- And for promised mail to actually reach me

Don’t we all want yarn (or at least some kind of fibery yumminess)? But … what kind of yarn would make your heart go pitter-patter?
My heart is a very fickle thing and goes pitter patter for most any yarn…soft yarn, natural fibre, nice colours…not a very particular per-son.
